I'm from Canada and we don't use half of those words in the questionnaire you did.
Which is strange because I'm so close to the States.
Words for an easy course that I've heard is a Mickey Mouse Class, or a Bird Course.
mmmm chippy sandwich!! sans vegemite/marmite, just a chippy sandwich, ex-boyf used to love these. When we were kids we used to have white bread, smear with marmite, put on slices of cheese then nuke in the microwave. So so good! the edges would kinda go crispy.
