oh my god! thank you for explaining that...I had very wrong expectations about Bastille Day! I wish I'd listened to the podcast before yesterday!
oh and I love going to rock concerts here, nobody touches you and if they accidentally step on your foot they apologise! Love it!
Sorry we missed the fun at the Esplanade burt as usual, the two buses we needed to get there are not running, we couldn't get a taxi to stop and our tickets won't work in the métro.
