k&k episode 175 - the one where they discuss being helpful... and stuff...
In episode 175, accompanied again by the delicious Frog with a Blog, we talk about what we've got planned for episode 200, then Frog starts bombarding Kylie with questions about the US, such as what's with the "adopt-a-(fill-in-the-blank)" scheme? We discuss the possibility of time-sharing the Scottish castle, then we address how Katia feels about actors, which turns into a tale of Lego and woe. We wonder whether Parisians and New Yorkers can be considered "helpful" as Frog continues to tell us about his adventures in New York.

You guys are smoking crack! Parisians have been so friendly to me - in the beginning when I didn't know where I was going (like I do now!!), French people used to stop all the time and ask if I needed help. It's been such a pleasant change from Bretagne.
A few months late, but there should be a K&K NYC meet-up in honor of episode 200! Also, when K&K go on tour, I think NYC should be the 1st US stop. It would be awesome!
Oh and yes, I would stop and help someone if 1) they looked lost and 2) they looked friendly. Oh and if they're alone or in a small group. BUT, I deteste anyone who stands in the middle of a sidewalk with a map or on the phone or just being a total douche bag. I'm originally from San Francisco, and I hate it there too, but in NYC it's the worst! You will get cussed out by New Yorker if you do anything but walk on a sidewalk :)
Bring on the intern showdown! I'm so there!!
