k&k episode 220 - the one where Katia decides that Americans discriminate against the "H" and Kylie decides that Italians discriminate against side dishes... and stuff...
We listen to a few voicemails, then things get heated in episode 220 as sweeping delcarations are made about Americans and Italians. It all quickly goes to heck as we discuss doors, drafts, neighbours and peeing habits. And moose. It's seriously classy. We also throw out the challenge to figure out a Secret Sound that mysteriously popped up in a recent k&k Learn French.
This episode was brought to you by the word "un/e voisin/e" (neighbour).
Voicemails : Wendy (our Georgia peach) and Small Madeline
Listen to the whole k&k Learn French episode with the Secret Sound : ça tombe bien
In Janilani's America, barn doors are also used to describe when a man has left his fly open. "Your barn door is open" means that he's left his pee-pee hole open or that his weiner is trying to make a break for freedom.
The first thing I want to hear about over breakfast is the "bush tucker" talk of slurping the guts from beetle larvae! Nice to know that the K&K show can now be used to eject the contents of the stomach through the mouth. (I love you anyway! xoxox)
P.S. That sound was the unmistakeable groan of a zombie. Duh.
P.P.S. Show idea (if it hasn't been covered already): Are all the beaches in France nude? Have you ever been? It is not as prevalent in my and Kyliemac's America as it is in Katia's Australia.
P.P.P.S. I'm just making my way through the 190-199 episodes and I LOVE Animesh! More Animesh please!!!!
By the way --
Katia, you have the most BEAUTIFUL liltiing laugh.
It always makes me smile. :-)

Yaaay \o/
Well if anybody has advices on cool things I could do in Melbourne, I'm really interested!
Kyliemac, I'll bring you some tim tams, so you'll be less bitter (and therefore, sweeter) ;)
About the "you're not born in a barn" stuff, my father used to say, when one's was not shutting the door:
« Tu passes pas à cheval, si ? »
"You're not riding a horse, are you?"
Cause, as you can imagine, it's pretty hard to close a door when you're riding a horse...
For the places to stay in Paris, some Québécois friends of mine once came in Paris, and they were staying in Hôtel Mont Blanc, right at the middle of the Saint-Michel district. It wasn't *that* expensive (something like 80 € for two people room), and it's perfectly located. Plus, it's literally 100m away from the rhum-rhum place! ;)
