As we chomp on Halloween goodies sent to us by a lovely listener in episode 289, we chat about preparations for episode 333 and what Kylie did when she visited Disney, we get distracted by X-Factor (ie. the horrificness of Jedward and the nit-invasion), then Kylie tells us what she did and where she went for her holidays (including a visit with the lovely Vivi and playing Wii-Fit Plus with Kimmeh & David).

EWWWWWWWWW lice! I never had them, but it happened a few times in my primary school. The nurse would come around and check everyone's head and send home the infected kids, and they would give us a lecture about not sharing hats and brushes. But get this: lice wasn't the big problem in Beauvais last year: it was the dreaded la gale. Yep, scabes. They almost closed one of my schools entirely. Instead the entire building was disinfected on a weekend. YUCK. So glad I didn't get infected by the snotty ones.
On another note, I have seen (and have done) the head tapping for "knock on wood".
