k&k episode 292 - the one where they spend an inordinate amount of time discussing television shows...
It's all about pop culture in episode 292, as we talk about glitter, zombie movies, the swine flu, song parties and how on earth Kylie actually knows something about one current musical artist. Kylie then tells us about her computer woes and we get very distracted by talking about some of our favourite tv shows (The Office, HIMYM, Glee, True Blood, Lost, Eastwick,...), and we finish off by chatting a bit about Thanksgiving.

Oh YES! I LOVE Sanctuary. It reminded me of Torchwood, but better (the main characters are way less scary! hehe). Yet another awesome program coming out of Canada! I'm really looking forward to watching the second season!

oooo I LOVE Glee!! I find myself just singing along... and the writing is so funny! Castle is another good one - I just love Nathan Fillion.
I've started watching White Collar on the USA channel. It's kind of Ocean's 11ish.

The way they are dealing with the H1N1 here is that since it is the only active strain running around, so chances are, if you have the flu, you have swine flu (99% of the time I think they are saying). But they don't actually do the test for it for cost purposes I believe.
And the vaccine is hard to get-they aren't able to make it as fast as they wanted to. But I got mine! I happened to call the health department on the day they were giving the vaccines, so I took half a sick day and headed my butt over there. Best of all it was free! :D I had to get the nasal mist though, which I didn't like. But now that I'm protected-I want to expose myself to someone sick to test the vaccine. :)

In Finland the rights of True Blood belong to YLE which is the national broadcasting company. I have no idea whatsoever when they're planning to air it because of it's content. I was quite shocked to hear about as usually YLE buys showas that are a bit more conventional. But I do love that show. And the ever-yummy Bill Compton.
