k&k episode 75 - the one where the talk about INNNNTeresting things, like kissing, hugging and personal space... and stuff...

After a long discussion of the museumification of Paris (and various moments where we get sidetracked by things like ice cream, books, movies and flags), we get into a lot of INNNNNteresting subjects in episode 75, all around the topic of cultural differences, including kissing, hugging, personal space and escalators. 1)Katia, you go and see a doctor now!2) What do you mean you are not going to mention my name for the next three episodes???? What the hell???? What are you going to talk about then???? I mean really!!!!(pout pout)3) It's funny how Katia can usually go on forever chatting on this podcast and how Kyliemac always ends up saying "ok, we have to wrap up for today". But now it was almost the contrary, should we be worried? 4) Picture of flag-wrapped-up lass required please. 5) Was there a guest in this episode too? Just wondering, one never knows these days...Love from Meanie in Paris

1. yes mum. :p2. seriously, if we talk about you any more your head will become so big that all you'll be able to do is sit around and eat m&ms all day. and just IMAGINE what that would do to your figure!3. we take turns at being unshuttupable. 'twas kyliemac's turn this time around.4. one wrapped up lass coming up : http://www.flickr.com/photos/cutestmidget/1346719282/and you get a bit of the muffin man too!5. there WAS a guest, but we were so busy talking about ourselves that we forgot all about him sitting in the corner. TANT PIS. hehe.kyliemac, darling, do you concur?

Dude, I totally said oi oi oi before Katia even finished her battlecry. Which makes me feel all smartlike for knowing that. Although I have no idea why. Hmm.

OH MY GOD - I was totally going to play a joke on Indy John! I was going to tell him that its not unusual here for men to kiss hello so he would have to sweat that out for the half hour ride from the train station to my house! But kyliemac foiled my plans. :(

Dudes!! I'm totally anti-bises, so I never bise anglophones. I do it with French people because I *have* to, but I often try to get out of doing it if I can, especially when we're leaving. That's probably terrible, but Fab hates doing it too, so we both just try to sneak away. I mean, come on, when you're at a party of like 30 people, it's the biggest pain in the ass to have to go kiss them all on the way in AND the way out, especially if you don't know most of them!
