k&k episode 81 - the one where they consider a career change... and stuff...
We're a little tired, having spent the previous day traipsing up and down a million stairs, and you'll hear all about it on episode 81. Apart from that, we argue about the meaning of certain words, and discuss customer service (again!) and ferrets. Following an excellent suggestion from a listener, we also bring you a new feature on the podcast, "expression and word of the day". You've got to listen to find out how well we mangle the French language. (Show links)
This episode was brought to you by the phrase "dŽmŽnager" (to move house).
I who shall not be named think: How dare people ask you to help them move? How rude! Haven't people heard about movers? Gee...PS: CaineRi! OMG, had never heard something so far-fetched!
Sam, the rabbit/ferret thing is HILARIOUS. caineri - words of this nature are the BANE of my existence.

I totally sympathize with you guys & your tiredness from moving - I've fallen into bed every night this past week feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. And what is the deal with ferrets lately? My best French friend just bought one - and it's SO creepy. She was letting it climb all over the place, and it just reminded me of one big, long rat. But keeping with the line of famous "people" names, it's called Shrek. *S* The funny thing is, she also bought a rabbit at the same time, and ferrets hunt rabits, so the two are constantly smelling each other & freaking out. It's the weirdest thing.
