The cheddar cheese that I grew up with was yellow/orange. White cheddar is more mellow tasting, right?Now, I want to find some of those bouchons. You sold me!
LOL, thanks for the shout-out kyliemac. you totally need to go on youtube & look up the video "foux de fa fa". fab's sisters' had trouble saying fabrice when they were younger, so they always called him fafa. for whatever reason, it got resurrected a few years ago & now we all call him that, so i just about died laughing when i heard that song.
